Information, not an immigration decision
Website content is general information. Individual eligibility depends on complete circumstances and current law. You remain responsible for checking official requirements and providing truthful, accurate information.
Optional support
A paid service begins only after Pacific Legacy Migration provides a written scope and price and the client accepts them. Government charges are separate. The client must review all information before any official submission and must promptly identify errors.
No guarantee
We cannot guarantee NZeTA approval, processing time, boarding or entry. Government agencies, carriers and border officials act independently.
Direct route
You may use Immigration New Zealand’s website or app without purchasing our service. Choosing not to use Pacific Legacy Migration does not disadvantage an official request.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use another person’s identity without lawful authority.
Changes and statutory rights
Terms may be updated prospectively. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
