Our role
New Zealand ETA Online is a private information and optional support service operated under Pacific Legacy Migration. Our role is to make the process easier to understand, help clients organise information and, where separately agreed, review information before an official request is made.
What we will not claim
We do not decide
Only Immigration New Zealand decides NZeTA requests and border entry permission.
We do not fast-track
Private providers have no special channel to accelerate the government’s checks.
We do not hide fees
Official charges and any optional service fee are described separately.
We do not require our service
Every traveller can choose the official direct application route.
Our information standard
Factual NZeTA claims on this site are checked against Immigration New Zealand and date-stamped. Because immigration rules can change, official guidance remains the final reference.
